Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ year of experience in an administrative role.
• Experience with MS Office and document filing is expected.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts to ensure timely delivery to next production location.
• Coordinate off-site processing of parts for on-time delivery.
• Maintain clean and accurate MRP/ERP data in collaboration with planning and production teams.
• Develop and maintain reports to highlight needs, deliverables and constraints for internal and customer use.
• Support management of material certifications and inventory purge actions.
• Assist with action item updates and workflow improvements across production cells.
