Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Build Coordinator (Starship) to manage part flow, coordinate movement through multiple work centers, and ensure timely delivery to production locations. You will support planning, procurement, engineering, and production to keep data in MRP/ERP accurate and up to date.

The role requires 1+ year in an administrative setting, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with ERP systems. Candidates should be able to lift 25 lbs and work various shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support and document control.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP data and basic analytics.
• Knowledge of inventory movements and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts to ensure timely delivery to production locations.
• Move parts through receiving, stock rooms, purchasing, and other work centers.
• Maintain workflow consistency and reduce internal logistics lead-time.
• Coordinate off-site processing of parts for on-time delivery.
• Keep MRP/ERP data clean and accurate; resolve incorrect system data.
