Job summary

SpaceX in Wisconsin is seeking a Build Coordinator (Starship) to monitor, track and move parts, ensuring timely delivery to the next production location. You will promote workflow consistency, manage off-site processing, and maintain accurate MRP/ERP data across production teams.

Responsibilities include supporting purchase requisitions, organizing tooling and calibration data, and aiding in productivity initiatives within assigned cells.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ year of experience in an administrative role.
• 3+ years supporting departmental administration processes (preferred).
• Strong computer skills with MS Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) and APICS certification (preferred).
• Experience organizing files and documents.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and aerospace manufacturing environments.
• SQL and Tableau experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts to ensure timely delivery to next production location.
• Push/pull movement of parts through inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, and work centers.
• Promote workflow consistency and drive down internal logistics lead-time.
• Coordinate off-site processing of parts for on-time delivery.
• Work with planning, procurement, engineering, and production to keep MRP/ERP data clean.
• Assist with data cleanup to prevent incorrect demand or schedules.
• Develop and maintain reports for internal and customer use.
• Support production cells with work order management and productivity projects.
