Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant work experience.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or comparable training.
• BL S for Healthcare Providers required
• EClinicalWorks or similar EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and pursue CMS STARS HEDIS measures and gap closure.
• Conduct patient outreach calls and coordinate screenings.
• Review medical records to document and close gaps.
• Collaborate with center leadership to achieve goals.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and proper documentation.
