ArchWell Health seeks a Market Quality Coordinator to drive CMS STARS and HEDIS improvements in a senior-focused outpatient setting. You will coordinate quality-gap strategies, review records, and oversee patient outreach to close care gaps across markets.

The role requires MA background, HIPAA literacy, and comfort with EMRs. You’ll work with center leadership to meet quality goals while upholding OSHA standards and ArchWell values.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year as Medical Assistant.
• Graduate from an accredited MA program or equivalent.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Experience with EClinicalWorks or similar EMR.
• CMS STARS/HEDIS experience preferred; geriatrics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Close STARS gaps with enterprise and local strategies.
• Review medical records to document Focus On Care measures.
• Request and upload records to the EMR system.
• Make patient outreach calls to close quality gaps.
• Schedule and perform ancillary visits for in-center screenings.
• Meet with Market Leaders to review progress and plan initiatives.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform other duties as needed.
