ArchWell Health is seeking a Market Quality Coordinator to monitor CMS STARS and HEDIS measures, conduct patient outreach, and collaborate with center leadership to meet quality goals for seniors in a market setting.

The role requires medical records review, coordination with outpatient clinics, and adherence to HIPAA standards. Strong teamwork and independence are essential to drive initiatives across payors within the market.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program or comparable healthcare training.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Experience with EClinicalWorks or similar EMR is required.

Responsibilities

• Close CMS STARS gaps via enterprise and local strategies and initiatives.
• Review medical records to document and close Focus On Care measures.
• Conduct patient outreach calls to support quality gaps and assist scheduling and screenings.
• Schedule and perform ancillary visits to complete in-center screenings.
• Meet regularly with Market Leaders to discuss roadblocks and progress.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and maintain accurate, legal documentation.
