Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Satellite Policy Manager for Starlink Mobile in Washington, DC. You will drive regulatory and policy strategies to enable breakthrough satellite connectivity, working with regulators and industry bodies worldwide.

The role requires extensive experience in telecommunications policy, strong strategic communication, and willingness to travel. Remote work is not available; this is on-site in DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in policy or at a technology company.
• Fluent knowledge of wireless/satellite policy and telecom issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy and policy development end to end.
• Advocate for regulatory frameworks aligning with SpaceX objectives.
• Develop and advocate for spectrum policies supporting Starlink Mobile.
• Represent SpaceX in international fora and with regulators.
• Create advocacy materials with technical leads to push policy positions.
• Outline forward-looking strategy on spectrum and policy impacts.
