You will engage international regulators and government bodies to advance licensing positions and ensure alignment with SpaceX objectives. The role requires strong technical fluency, strategic communication, and 4+ years in policy or tech, with 5+ years in telecom policy preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of policy or technology company experience.
• 5+ years in telecommunications policy or related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy and policy development end to end on accelerated timelines.
• Advocate to optimize satellite and telecoms regulatory frameworks aligned with SpaceX objectives.
• Develop and advocate for broadband and mobile spectrum policies supporting Starlink.
• Represent SpaceX in international fora and with regulators and industry groups.
• Create advocacy pieces with technical leads to progress policy positions.
• Deliver forward-looking strategy based on spectrum, business, and policy issues.
• Advise Starlink teams on policy developments affecting the program.
