Job summary

SpaceX in Washington, DC is seeking a Satellite Policy Manager for Starlink Mobile to drive regulatory strategy on telecommunications, spectrum and satellite policy with international regulators. You will lead advocacy and policy development to support SpaceX objectives on a global stage.

Join a world-class team, partnering with technical leads, travel approximately 30–40% of the time, and work onsite in Washington, DC on cutting-edge space and mobile wireless policy initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of policy experience or at a technology company.
• Experience with telecommunications policy and spectrum is preferred.
• Experience working with regulators and government agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory strategy and policy development end to end.
• Advocate to optimize satellite and telecom regulatory frameworks aligned with SpaceX objectives.
• Develop and advocate for broadband and mobile spectrum policies supporting Starlink Global success.
• Represent SpaceX in international fora and with regulatory agencies.
• Develop advocacy pieces with technical leads to progress policy positions.
• Advise Starlink on policy issues impacting program outcomes.
