United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Laser Production Technician to support Starlink satellite production in our Redmond, WA facility. You will build electrical sub-assemblies, perform optic assembly, and handle fiber splicing in a clean-room setting while following strict quality protocols.

Shift options include 1st and 2nd; compensation reflects a tiered pay scale with strong benefits. This role requires examplary manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to read layouts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small electrical sub-assemblies per work instructions to meet quality standards.
• Perform optic assembly processes, including epoxy application, UV curing, and oven curing.
• Fiber optic splicing and fiber routing.
• Operate complex automated equipment with maintenance and light troubleshooting guidance.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment; track calibration schedules.
• Work in a clean room and follow all cleanliness protocols.
• Set up tests and experiments to support development.
• Manage schedule priorities and independently execute work to meet deliverables.
