Job summary

SpaceX in Bastrop, TX seeks a Manager, Starlink Customer Success (Americas) to lead a team serving enterprise resellers across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. You will drive revenue growth, coach the team, and manage key customer relationships while aligning with cross-functional partners.

You will oversee forecasts, billing, and tax considerations, ensuring a consistent commercial strategy across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years in customer success, account management, sales, or another commercial role for a technical product.
• 3+ years owning and growing a book of existing customers, with direct responsibility for revenue, retention, or expansion.
• 2+ years of direct people management.
• Experience managing enterprise customers across multiple markets or countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, Leads, and Specialists across the Americas
• Grow revenue across an existing book of enterprise resellers
• Close opportunities for customers to expand Starlink across hardware, service, data, and products
• Forecast hardware and service revenue for leadership with clear closures and risks
• Assess performance and growth opportunities across the US, Canada, and Latin America
• Resolve billing, tax, payment, capacity, logistics, and activation issues blocking revenue
• Partner with Sales, Channel Sales, Finance, Tax, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Logistics
• Align with regional Sales teams for a consistent Starlink growth message
• Identify recurring issues slowing growth and scale remediation with teams
• Stay engaged to coach, intervene, or let the team run independently
