Job summary

LabAnswer is seeking a LIMS Application and Instrument Support Specialist based in Bothell, WA. The role involves providing on-site support for STARLIMS implementations at the FDA and operational support for scientific workstations.

Qualifications

• Experience with scientific data management and laboratory automation projects.
• Ability to analyze and document user needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for a STARLIMS implementation at the FDA.
• Perform operational support for STARLIMS and scientific workstations.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to maintain and troubleshoot instruments.
• Assist with site configuration and STARLIMS implementation.

Skills

LIMS and/or ELN Experience (preferably STARLIMS)

Lab Instrument Experience (preferably support experience)

Excellent oral communication skills

Effective written communication skills

Organizational communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Microbiology, Chemistry, etc.)
