Role And Responsibilities

Position Summary:

A Service Attendant plays a critical role in delivering the OTG guest experience by being our front line—the point of contact for our guests. A Service Attendant must possess strong interpersonal skills, coupled with a sunny disposition, and a positive outlook to deliver great food and exceptional service to our traveling guests.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food to restaurants and gateholds, starting at Juice Press.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by regularly cleaning gateholds and sanitizing all tables.
• Create a positive environment for guests by greeting and welcoming them as they enter, assisting with requests, hosting, and escorting guests to their tables.
• Assist in organizing and rolling silverware daily.
• Organize food items and stock appropriately for Starbucks, OTG restaurants, and markets.
• Act as liaison between FOH and BOH team members to ensure all guest requests are accommodated.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and somewhat stressful environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor.
• Able to maintain and organize a small space and rotate and stock products according to FIFO.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of sanitary guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of food and food preparation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to create a safe dining area for customers.
• Ability to operate all necessary equipment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs. on occasion.
• Ability to read menus and ticket items.
• Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather.

Pay rate: $19.50 per hour
