Maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition. Receives, distributes, and records all deliveries to the facility and stocks shelves, as required. Carries out other special cleaning and maintenance projects.

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition.
   • Removes trash and washes all fixtures in all toilets.
   • Removes litter as required.
   • Washes walls, as required.
2. Receives, distributes, and records all deliveries to the facility and stocks shelves, as required.
3. Maintains storeroom in a neat and orderly condition.
4. Maintains garden areas by watering and cultivating plants in the atrium area and polishing fountains.
5. Maintains cafeteria by removing trash and washing tables, as required.
6. Carries out special cleaning and maintenance projects, as required.
7. Performs related duties, as required.

Job Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
2. Prior gardening, grounds, and cleaning experience, required.
3. Ability to operate common housekeeping devices such as brooms, mops, waxers, etc.
4. Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
