Job summary

OTG Management and Starbucks at IAH airport are seeking a Starbucks Manager to lead daily operations and guest experience. This role combines hospitality leadership with retail management, offering strong compensation and comprehensive benefits.

You will supervise a team, manage store performance, and uphold Starbucks quality standards while driving sales and personal growth in a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail/customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.
• Minimum High School or GED.
• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country.
• Ability to work full time, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Role And Responsibilities

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year plus bonus eligibility
