Job summary

OTG Management, Inc. at IAH is seeking a Starbucks Daily Operations Lead to assist the store manager with daily tasks, crew deployment, and ensuring prompt service, quality beverages, and a clean, safe store environment.

You will lead with integrity, help train new crewmembers, connect with guests, and maintain inventory and equipment readiness while upholding OTG’s culture and guest-experience standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in English.
• Obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire.
• Able to lift 35 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.

• Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume or unusual events and set a positive example.
• Assist in training new crew members and provide positive reinforcement and coaching.
• Deliver the OTG experience by prioritizing guest needs, connecting with them, and responding to their needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Communicate product outages, equipment issues, or service problems to the manager immediately.
• Execute store operations, organize opening and closing duties, and utilize operational tools for excellence.
