Qualifications

• Experience in customer service leadership in a retail/food service setting.
• Ability to coach and develop associates and drive team performance.
• Strong organization, time management and planning skills.
• Proven ability to maintain calm in high-volume periods.
• Knowledge of store systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Starbucks Department operations, ensuring strong customer service and operational consistency.
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of Starbucks associates.
• Maintain a customer-first environment and respond to service needs and concerns.
• Coordinate daily activities to support smooth workflow and service levels.
• Maintain calm operations during high-volume periods and ensure food safety compliance.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and storage; support budgeting and expense management.
