Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues related to sales or service.
• Train and supervise barista workers to optimize staffing.
• Provide financial reporting to Store Manager and Field Supervisor.
• Ensure product quality and accurate signage as directed.
• Write orders in the guidebook and enter into computer; verify arrivals.
• Brew coffee, tea, and chocolate; operate beverage equipment.
• Operate electronic cash register; handle payments and change.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee service area; set up displays.
• Replace stock in preparation area; perform other duties as assigned.
