Job Description

Position Summary: This role involves preparing coffee beverages and food, operating the cash register, and providing courteous customer service efficiently.

Here’s What You’ll Do

• Prepare coffee beverages according to standards.
• Prepare food items as per procedures.
• Handle food and beverages safely and maintain cleanliness.
• Operate cash register and process various payment types.
• Stock and rotate coffee items and displays.
• Maintain knowledge of store programs and product locations.
• Use and maintain store and coffee shop equipment efficiently.
• Notify management when supplies need reordering.
• Follow security, cash handling, and product handling policies.
• Keep the department clean, safe, and compliant with sanitation standards.
• Promote store programs, specials, and coupons to customers.
• Follow all PPE, safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines.
• Assist in other departments as needed.

Here’s What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• One year retail or related experience (preferred).
• Good verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic literacy and arithmetic skills.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform bending, stooping, and twisting. The environment varies in temperature, and noise levels are moderate.
