Minimum requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products and offering suggestions.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Promote teamwork and collaborate with colleagues to meet store goals.
  • Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, and handle transactions professionally.
  • Offer product samples and inform customers of specials.
  • Ensure products are fresh, properly portioned, and inventory is maintained.
  • Operate all coffee shop equipment safely and according to guidelines.
  • Label, stock, and inventory merchandise accurately.
  • Report discrepancies and safety issues promptly.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and safety procedures.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
  • Report accidents, safety risks, or illegal activities to management.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
