Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer's return visit. Minimum requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills.

Desired qualifications:

  • Previous comparable experience preferred.
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing product suggestions.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Promote teamwork with colleagues to achieve store goals.
  • Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, and handle transactions properly.
  • Offer samples and inform customers about specials.
  • Ensure products are fresh, properly portioned, and inventory is maintained.
  • Use equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, blenders, scales, and steamers according to guidelines.
  • Label, stock, and inventory merchandise accurately.
  • Report discrepancies and safety issues to management.
  • Follow safety procedures and food safety regulations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and notify management of equipment issues.
  • Report accidents and safety risks promptly.
