This role focuses on driving sales growth and ensuring seamless execution of power projects for our diverse client base.

The successful candidate will navigate complex sales cycles, build strong customer relationships, and provide expert guidance on technical standby power systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of power systems sales experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Strong technical knowledge of power generation equipment and electrical distribution systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives and Project Managers with coaching.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed goals in standby power generation.
• Coordinate between sales and project management on client requirements and timelines.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Cultivate key client relationships to enhance satisfaction and partnerships.
• Provide technical guidance on standby power systems to support sales and execution.
• Analyze sales data and project outcomes to improve processes.
