Generator Supercenter in Pooler, GA is seeking a skilled Generator Technician to service and repair standby Generac generator systems in homes or businesses. You will work with a team or independently, taking pride in efficient customer jobs and maintaining a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate has experience in generator maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds while climbing ladders as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as generator technician or comparable education (automotive/HVAC).
• Valid driver's license and age 21+.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Repair or service standby generator units, perform preventative maintenance, run test cycles, and diagnose down units.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
