Job summary

Harris Comfort in Bristol, PA, is seeking a Generator Installation Technician to join our field service team. You will install, maintain, and service residential and commercial standby generators, diagnose complex issues, and ensure reliable backup power for clients.

Responsibilities include on-site installation, routine maintenance, and keeping precise service records, while adhering to safety standards and collaborating with teammates to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience installing, servicing, or repairing standby generator systems.
Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Install residential and commercial standby generator systems and related control systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical generator failures.
Conduct routine maintenance, system testing, and oil/filter changes.
Ensure all field installations comply with local safety standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate digital service records, work orders, and parts inventory.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
