Job summary

Interstates is seeking a Standards Coordinator I to provide organized support for developing, implementing, communicating, and maintaining enterprise standards. You will track milestones, risks, and actions, coordinate with teams, and help ensure quality in documentation and processes.

Under guidance from leaders, you will support change adoption, training, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts using approved tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in coordination, operations, documentation, or project support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions within a defined workstream.
• Prepare status updates and reports on assigned activities.
• Support creation, revision, publication, and maintenance of core processes and procedures.
• Communicate with stakeholders and organize meetings, workshops, and reviews.
