From our headquarters in Iowa to job sites across the country, we're doing award-winning electrical, controls, automation, and OT work that powers industrial facilities for clients here in the U.S. and around the world. Whether you're bending conduit, wiring panels, writing code, supporting projects, or helping things run behind the scenes, you'll be part of a crew that works hard, shares laughs, and takes pride in doing quality work. We believe in building strong teams, doing the right thing, and making a difference in the communities where we live. If you want to grow and do meaningful work, you'll feel at home here.

The Standards Coordinator I provides organized, detail-oriented support for the development, implementation, communication, and maintenance of Enterprise-Level Standards. Working under the guidance of leaders and experienced team members, this role coordinates assigned workstreams, maintains implementation records, supports standards documentation, and helps teams consistently apply approved processes and procedures. The Standards Coordinator I tracks milestones, risks, dependencies, and follow-up actions; coordinates meetings and stakeholder reviews; performs documentation and quality checks; and supports communications, training, change adoption, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts. This role also uses approved technology and collaboration tools, including platforms that support workflow, automation, and AI-enabled standards solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Standards Implementation and Coordination
  • Support assigned portions of the approved standards implementation roadmap.
  • Maintain implementation checklists, action logs, review schedules, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate activities within a defined workstream, home base, or stakeholder group.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and open actions.
  • Escalate risks, decisions, and conflicting stakeholder feedback to the appropriate leader.
Documentation and Standards Development
  • Support the creation, revision, publication, and maintenance of core processes and core procedures.
  • Use approved templates, tools, and Standards Development Guidelines.
  • Verify that assigned documentation is complete, current, accessible, and formatted consistently.
  • Organize stakeholder feedback for review by the appropriate standards owner or leader.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and review sessions, including agendas, materials, notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Support communications, training materials, and change-adoption activities.
  • Serve as a resource to teams seeking information about standards documentation and implementation processes.
Compliance, Quality, and Improvement
  • Perform basic documentation reviews, spot checks, and quality checks.
  • Identify outdated content, gaps, inconsistencies, or potential non-conformances.
  • Document findings and elevate issues that require additional analysis or leadership direction.
Technology and Reporting
  • Use approved documentation, collaboration, search, workflow, and reporting tools.
  • Support pilots involving automation or AI-enabled standards solutions.
  • Prepare routine status updates and reports on assigned activities.
Experience and Education
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, operations, quality, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience in coordination, operations, documentation, process improvement, quality, or project support preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar documentation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with stakeholders
