Interstates seeks a Senior Process Engineer to build and advance enterprise process improvement capabilities across the organization. You will work with executive leaders, operational teams, process owners, subject matter experts, and technology partners to improve how work gets done across functions and locations.

You will turn complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions that improve quality, efficiency, predictability, and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in process engineering, operational excellence, BPM, continuous improvement, or project management.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise process improvement framework aligned with Interstates' strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve cross-functional processes, reduce waste, and strengthen handoffs.
• Map current-state processes, analyze bottlenecks and control gaps.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives from charter through implementation.
• Coach process owners and teams in continuous improvement methods.
