Documentation and Standards Development
  • Support the creation, revision, publication, and maintenance of core processes and core procedures.
  • Use approved templates, tools, and Standards Development Guidelines.
  • Verify that assigned documentation is complete, current, accessible, and formatted consistently.
  • Organize stakeholder feedback for review by the appropriate standards owner or leader.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and review sessions, including agendas, materials, notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Support communications, training materials, and change-adoption activities.
  • Serve as a resource to teams seeking information about standards documentation and implementation processes.
Compliance, Quality, and Improvement
  • Perform basic documentation reviews, spot checks, and quality checks.
  • Identify outdated content, gaps, inconsistencies, or potential non-conformances.
  • Document findings and escalation issues that require additional analysis or leadership direction.

  • Use approved documentation, collaboration, search, workflow, and reporting tools.
  • Support pilots involving automation or AI-enabled standards solutions.
  • Prepare routine status updates and reports on assigned activities.
Experience and Education
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, quality, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience in coordination, operations, documentation, process improvement, quality, or project support preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar documentation tools.
