Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Standardizations Evaluations Specialist Lead to support the AMC Flying Squadron. The role involves maintaining flight testing materials, updating GTIMS and ARMS data, and coordinating with training officers on AFI-aligned records.

Ideal candidates will have scheduling software proficiency, strong MS Office skills, and 1–2 years of related experience with interim Secret clearance. A Bachelor’s degree and Top-Secret clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly, especially in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain flight testing materials.
  • Update data in GTIMS, future equivalent systems to GTIMS, and locally developed computer database systems as required. Maintain paper or digital aircrew records and complete annual reviews of member’s records.
  • Interface with HARM/SARM and personnel to update ARMS or future equivalent systems to ARMS as required.
  • Coordinate with training officer to review and update student/permanent party records, folders and grade books per the applicable AFIs.
  • Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e-mail, telephone or in person.
  • Generate required reports: Squadron Check Ride Status Report, data for SEB/OGV, GTIMS shells for AF Form 8, data for STRP and Squadron Certification Boards, and Aircrew Qualification Level Summary.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of assigned/attached crew member evaluation dates and provide progress updates as directed by AFI and guidance.
  • Update training and readiness status of squadron personnel monthly and attend applicable training meetings.
  • Update the squadron EFB program with every new publication release and Flight Crew Information File release.
  • Perform setup, maintenance, and restoration on EFB devices and End User Stand Alone devices as required.
  • Review audit logs for unauthorized access and configuration changes.
  • Contract Performance Support: ensure high-quality contract performance, monitor compliance, and provide daily task guidance to team members.
  • Customer Support and Relations: maintain relationships with squadron/group leadership and address concerns with the Program Manager.
  • Onboarding Procedures: assist with welcoming and onboarding new team members and ensuring necessary training/resources.
  • Guidance on PWS Requirements: provide guidance on PWS task requirements and mission considerations.
  • Time Off Considerations: manage time off requests and ensure task coverage during absences.
  • Monthly Status Reporting: prepare and deliver monthly status reports to PM and customer as approved.
  • Team Member Training and Utilization: support training and development and provide supervisory tasks.
