Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks a Standardizations Evaluations Specialist to support the AMC Flying Squadron in Tacoma, WA.

The role involves maintaining flight testing materials, updating GTIMS and ARMS systems, and coordinating with training officers to ensure records and publications are current. Applicants should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, interim Secret clearance, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree with possible Top-Secret clearance.

Qualifications

  • Must have an interim Secret clearance.
  • 1–2 years of related experience minimum.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in Flying Squadron/Group/Wing Stan/Eval office desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain flight testing materials.
  • Update data in GTIMS and related systems; maintain aircrew records and annual reviews.
  • Interface with HARM/SARM; update ARMS or equivalents.
  • Coordinate with training officer to review student/permanent party records per AFIs.
  • Notify crewmembers and leadership of testing/training requirements.
  • Generate required reports and forms for status and boards.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of crew evaluation dates and progress.
  • Update training/status and participate in applicable meetings.
  • Maintain EFB program updates and device readiness.
  • Set up, maintain, and restore EFB and End User devices; review audit logs.
