Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center's Clinical Skills Education and Assessment Center (CSEAC) seeks a Standardized Patient Program Specialist to support the SP program across education and training activities.

You’ll coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training logistics for learners spanning undergraduate to professional levels, and ensure timely SP case materials align with curricular timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience; 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience in a medical educational or clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact within the Standardized Patient (SP) Program.
• Provide direction and information to faculty, learners, and staff.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training logistics, and coordination of SP case materials.
• Coordinate formatting, version control, and distribution of SP case materials in curricular timelines.
• May direct student employees and perform routine audits for compliance.
