Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field.
• 2 years administrative experience in student affairs administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, healthcare administration, management, communication, performing arts, public health, or another related field.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Standardized Patient (SP) Training and Program Management: recruit, screen, train, and supervise SPs; develop manuals and event guides; plan and execute CPC events and sessions; refine student events and related materials.
• CPC Management: oversee CPC activities, manage session logistics and AV systems; ensure SP quality assurance; implement tech improvements; maintain SP database and calendars.
• Administrative Duties: provide support at committees; pursue professional development; manage SP laundry and office supplies; contribute to curriculum and program evaluation.
