Job summary

The University of Chicago Biomedical Enterprise is seeking to manage the Standardized Patient program within the Curriculum CPC. This role oversees training and supervision of standardized patients to participate in medical student education and in the assessment and evaluation of the curriculum.

Works under a reporting line to the Directors of Operations and Medical School Education, coordinating CPC activities and events, and ensuring quality and accuracy of SP processes across Clinical

Qualifications

• Experience in medical education program administration.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, train, and supervise standardized patients according to methodological standards.
• Develop training manuals/aids and event guides for event managers, proctors, and SPs for events.
• Anticipate and initiate planning for complex projects and execute logistical management for CPC program events.
• Assist in development and refinement of new student events and programs, including related materials and administrative protocols.
