Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years stand-up reach forklift experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience operating stand-up reach trucks and RF scanners is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Operate a stand-up reach forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and replenish inventory using RF scanners.
• Store products in designated rack locations with inventory accuracy.
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections and report issues.
• Follow OSHA and company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory counts as needed.
• Work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods.
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
