Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move goods within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will load, unload, pick, and store pallets while upholding safety and accuracy standards to support our supply chain.

The role offers a first shift from Thursday to Sunday, 6:30am–5:00pm, with a pay rate of $20.28 per hour plus a $1.50 weekend differential and comprehensive benefits after eligibility. Growth opportunities exist within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely.
• Bonus points for battery and propane safety training/certification.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking as directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and counts.
• Replenish products in the correct bays.
• Tackle other duties as trained and assigned.
