Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely drive stand-up forklifts, load and unload goods, pick orders, and ensure accurate shipping. The role supports a fast-paced warehouse team focused on safety, precision, and performance.

Salary is $20.28 per hour, with a 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5:30am–2:00pm). Training is provided, and benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and opportunities for advancement. Equal opportunity employer committed to diversity.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Master loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, fix labels and count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the right bays to keep the warehouse moving.
