Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to safely move goods in our warehouse. You will operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts, load, unload, pick, and store pallets, ensuring accuracy and timely shipping.

This 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3PM-11:30PM) offers a $20.28 base with a $0.50/hour differential and a bi-weekly productivity bonus, plus training and a supportive team. We provide competitive pay, full health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, tuition assistance, and

Qualifications

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets.
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed.
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays.
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise.
