CJ Logistics America is seeking skilled Forklift Operators to safely move, load, unload, pick, and store products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork within our operations.

You'll work 1st shift Monday through Friday, with opportunities to advance as the team grows. The company offers comprehensive benefits and a continuous improvement culture focused on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Bonus: Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Master loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Maintain correct stock locations and replenish products as needed.
• Under supervision, perform other duties related to warehouse operations.
