Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in a dynamic environment. Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, pick and store merchandise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the supply chain.

The role requires 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience, physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3 PM–11:30 PM) with a bi-weekly productivity bonus possibility. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts safely to move orders.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct label/count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the correct bays to keep the warehouse moving.
• Perform additional duties as trained and capable.
