Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator to securely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts in our warehouse, ensuring accurate loading, unloading, picking, and storage of pallets. You will contribute to a reliable supply chain and maintain a high standard of safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle physical tasks, with a pay rate of $20.28/hour plus a $1.50/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely.
• Battery and propane safety training/certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move orders.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Perform outbound load audits, correct labels and counts.
• Prep and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Replenish products in the correct bays and maintain flow.
• Perform other duties within training and capability.
