Job summary

Lineage is seeking a forklift operator in Bedford Park, IL. Shifts available Monday–Friday on 2:30PM–11:00PM and 6:00AM–2:30PM. Compensation is $20.15/hour plus shift differential for 2nd shift.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of stand-up forklift experience. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, RF data entry, safety inspections, and equipment maintenance while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of stand-up forklift experience required.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Ability to work in cold or hot storage environments and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Position forks and lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets and materials; transport to designated areas.
• Record weight, counts, and condition of items using RF system.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Lead safety inspections on truck chalking and glad-hand process.
• Communicate with semi-truck drivers to ensure safety precautions.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain equipment charging station.
