Job summary

CJ Logistics in Champaign, IL is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts, load, unload, pick, and consolidate pallets to keep orders moving and customers satisfied.

This role offers a base pay of $19.36/hour plus a $0.50/hour shift differential and a bi-weekly productivity bonus. Schedule is Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with a requirement of 6+ months warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely.
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.

• Reliable – dependable to the team.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts safely to move orders.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct labels/count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the right bays to keep the warehouse moving.
• Tackle additional duties within training and expertise.
