Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift in Joliet, IL. You will safely operate stand-up forklifts, load/unload pallets, pick and consolidate items, and support outbound shipments while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

We offer a base pay of $20.28 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential, with eligibility for a bi-weekly productivity bonus. 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Battery/Propane safety training/certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Perform outbound load audits and correct labels/count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the right bays and support warehouse flow.
