7 Brew is seeking a Manager to lead a stand and drive growth, culture, and profitable operations. You will coach a crew of Brewistas and Shift Leads, schedule staff, manage inventory and cash handling, and ensure health standards are met. The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.

The position includes coaching, admin duties, and regular coordination with the Regional Manager, with flexible hours including early mornings and nights.

• Ability to coach, train, and develop crew leads and Brewistas.
• Strong customer service mindset and relationship building.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Create weekly schedules balancing labor costs and service speed.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and vendor/deployer liaison.
• Communicate directives from upper management promptly.
• Develop new leaders and ensure health compliance across shifts.
