High Plains Brew, LLC seeks a Stand Manager to lead one or more stands, drive growth, and uphold the company culture. The role involves coaching, training, and handling administrative duties while overseeing daily operations and scheduling.

You will manage costs, ensure health standards, and develop future leaders, reporting to the District Manager. A positive, energetic, customer-focused leader is essential for success in a fast-paced beverage environment.

Formación

• Proven leadership in fast-paced team settings.
• Ability to manage stand operations and schedule.
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through coaching.
• Provide regular feedback and develop team members.
• Create weekly shift schedules with cost-conscious planning.
• Track inventory and control costs.
• Ensure cash handling, deposits, and change.
• Foster team bonding and leadership development.
• Implement directives from upper management.
• Develop new leaders for future roles.
• Address operational issues promptly.
