Job summary

High Plains Brew in Silvis, IL is seeking a Stand Manager to drive location growth, profitability, and adherence to our culture and values. You will lead the stand crew, coach and train staff, and handle administrative tasks while reporting to the District Manager.

The role requires coaching, shift planning, and ensuring health compliance. You will schedule shifts, oversee operations, and implement directives from upper management to improve service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coaching and training teams to improve performance.
• Ability to manage schedules and optimize labor costs.
• Strong focus on health, safety, and sanitation.
• Comfort with handling cash and deposits.
• Proficient with basic office software (MS Office).
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skills.
• Maintain fast service times, cleanliness, and positive customer interactions.
• Provide regular feedback to team members on performance.
• Create weekly staff schedules to balance labor costs and customer demand.
• Track inventory and equipment, control costs, and prevent waste.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and change for the stand.
• Lead team meetings, coach leaders and Brewistas, and develop talent.
