Job summary

7 Brew in Carlsbad, NM is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead the stand, cultivate 7 Brew's culture, and drive profitable operations. You’ll coach a Crew of 40+ team members, oversee scheduling, inventory, and health standards while aligning with regional directives.

This role requires flexibility, early mornings and late nights, strong customer service, and resilience under pressure. Base pay is $55,000 per year with monthly store-performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Leadership proven in fast-paced environments with 40+ team members.
• Ability to coach and train staff, and to schedule weekly shifts.
• Strong cash handling, deposits, and inventory management.
• Ensure health and safety compliance at the stand.
• Excellent customer interactions and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the stand team and ensure alignment with Brewista and Shift Lead duties.
• Coach, train, and develop crew; oversee operations and admin tasks.
• Create weekly schedules balancing labor costs and service speed.
• Monitor inventory, costs of goods sold, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and deposits.
• Communicate directives from upper management and drive culture.
