You bring 2+ years of team leadership in QSR or coffee, with a high-energy, people-first approach and a track record of hiring and promoting staff. This role offers a base of $60K–$70K plus bonus and room for advancement into multi-unit leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team leadership in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual.

• Proven record of hiring, training, retaining, and promoting team members.

Responsibilities

• Run the Stand: own daily operations, sales, and profitability; manage schedule and costs.
• Build the Crew: hire, train, and energize a young, high-output team.
• Deliver the 7 Brew Experience: coach drink quality, accuracy, and guest connections.
• Lead from the Floor: hands-on leadership on the floor and windows.
• Grow the Brand Locally: represent 7 Brew in the community through events.
