Job summary

7 Brew is seeking a Stand Manager for its Onley, VA location. You will own daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and build a capable crew to keep the line moving at 7 Brew speed.

You’ll hire, train, and energize a high-output team, coaching staff to deliver fast, friendly service and strong guest connections that turn first-time guests into daily regulars. This is hands-on leadership with growth toward multi-unit leadership.

Stand Manager – 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee

Location: Onley, VA

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base + bonus

About the Opportunity

7 Brew is one of the fastest-growing drive-thru coffee brands in the country, and we’re building the leadership team behind its next wave of growth. Our client is a well-established, multi-brand restaurant franchise group with 230+ locations, more than $525M in annual revenue, and a 200-unit 7 Brew development pipeline. They’re hiring Stand Managers now who will become the leadership bench as the footprint multiplies.

7 Brew stands are small but high-volume, and they run on speed, energy, and genuine hospitality. If you love leading a fast-paced crew and want a real path to multi-unit leadership, this is your ground-floor opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Run the Stand: Own daily operations, sales, and profitability. Build the schedule, control costs, and keep the line moving at 7 Brew speed.
• Build the Crew: Hire, train, and energize a young, high-output team. Develop shift leads into future Stand Managers.
• Deliver the 7 Brew Experience: Coach drink quality, accuracy, and the personal connections that turn first-time guests into daily regulars.
• Lead from the Floor: Work on the headset, on the bar, and at the window. This is a hands-on, on-your-feet leadership role.
• Grow the Brand Locally: Represent 7 Brew in your community through local marketing, events, and everyday reputation.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of team leadership in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual. Drive-thru or speed-of-service experience is a big plus.
• High-energy, people-first leadership. You set the pace and culture every shift.
• A proven record of hiring, training, retaining, and promoting team members.
• Comfort with early mornings and full availability across dayparts, weekends, and holidays.
• A growth mindset. With dozens of new stands coming, promotion here is a plan, not a promise.
