Job summary

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) in the United States seeks a compliance professional to examine eligibility under laws and regulations, perform oversight activities, and maintain aircrew records.

The role requires a SECRET clearance and hands-on experience with DoD flying units. Key responsibilities include updating GTIMS/ARMS data, coordinating testing/training, and interfacing with HARM/SARM.

Qualifications

• HS/GED diploma required; college coursework desired.
• Experience with DoD flying units preferred.
• Ability to operate GTIMS/GDSS2 or equivalent, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Examines eligibility for conformity with laws and regs governing compliance.
• Perform other compliance and enforcement inspection and analysis activities.
• Maintain flight testing materials (test bank, answer keys).
• Update certifications and qualifications on GTIMS.
• Interface with HARM/SARM to ensure accuracy of personnel certs and quals in ARMS.
• Create, review, maintain aircrew records (Flight Evaluation Folders).
• Plan, administer, monitor and report testing/training events and completion status of personnel.
• Coordinate upcoming/overdue testing, evaluation, training requirements.
• Maintain aircrew qualification level summary (Letter of Xs); prep data for boards and SEB.
• Provide evaluation/testing status & trend reports to squadron leadership.
